Job Title: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient and effective production of goods in a manufacturing facility
- Overseeing the production process, including production schedules, equipment maintenance and quality control
- Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team
- Fostering a positive work environment to improve employee satisfaction and wellbeing
- Build a strong team building to enhance work performance
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting data to make informed decisions
- Managing inventory and supply chain
Requirements:
- Experienced in manufacturing industry (at least 5 years)
- Mandarin speaker is encouraged
- Able to travel to Sg Lokan, Butterworth
Job Title: Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Capable to install machinery with testing and commissioning
- Meet production requirements and industry standards
- Performs repair, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance on equipment, and develop preventive maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate record and documentation for equipment
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Experienced in manufacturing industry (3-5 years)
- Mandarin speaker is encouraged
- Able to travel to Sg. Lokan, Butterworth
