Job Title: Finance Executive (On-site)
Mediven is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage a full set of accounts, payment processing and tax submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set account.
- Prepares payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Responsible for viewing of cash flow management and profit and loss statement.
- Punctual and accurate completion of tax submission and monthly management reports.
- Work closely with local countries and other business partners ensure the AP operation runs smoothly.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, solicitors, bankers and company secretary to ensure all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement are compiled.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operation by keeping financial information confidential.
- Setup the inventory system and maintain the monthly inventory records.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialised in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Candidates should be highly motivated, conscientious, a team player and able to work independently with good organisational, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a close attention to detail and accuracy and upholding confidentiality and privacy requirements.
- Well-versed with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel locally.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Title: Digital Healthcare Sales Executive (On-site)
As a Digital Healthcare Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, market analysis, and trade marketing activities to strengthen our position in the health-tech industry. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise customer satisfaction, enhance brand presence, and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and their needs for new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand company’s presence in the healthcare sector.
- Implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to align efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including healthcare professionals, positioning the company as a trusted partner in digital healthcare solutions.
- Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to healthcare clients, showcasing company’s innovative solutions and value.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to understand your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals and targets.
- Develop a unique value proposition that sets our business apart from competitors by recommending a new products and technology to expand the business.
- Provide feedback and insights on current market and customer needs to senior management.
- Promptly address client inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer care and supporting client retention.

- Collect and analyse data and share the sales report.

Requirement:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in medical or healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical device sector is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, closing skills, and marketing skills.
