    PERSONAL ASSISTANT CUM PROJECT PLANNER

    Job Description:

    • Assist MD in managing and overseeing the company’s operation when he is out of office or on outstation or overseas trips, especially on Project Team.
    • Coordinator, monitor and track on all on-going & upcoming projects (across nation)
    • Highlight urgent matter or matter need MD’s immediate attention or decision making to MD and follow through the matter until it is settle
    • Respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments and etc.
    • Check with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
    • Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member.
    • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements.
    • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
    • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.
    • Minute meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the MD.
    • Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
    • Any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by MD or GM

     

    ADMIN (MAINTENANCE & FE)

    Job Description:

    • To answer in-coming calls, take messages and assist at front desk reception
    • To call and follow up with clients on expected delivery date in order to schedule delivery or services
    • To arrange and assign daily task to Technicians and Lorry Drivers, in order to fulfil on time delivery to clients and meet deadline
    • To plan ahead on weekly/monthly schedule to ensure resources is sufficient to meet client’s deadline
    • To liaise and deal with related government agencies for license/certification application and renewal.
    • To support Maintenance & FE division on all documentation required
    • To ensure the entire operation of Maintenance and FE division is run smoothly on daily basis, and to solve or propose solution to solve any issue arise in related to the operation of the division
    • Other duties as assigned by the Management.

     

    SALES EXCEUTIVE

    Job Description

    • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
    • Prepares business plan by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
    • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and the Management.

     

    DRAFTER

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the development of details and drawings.
    • Require to follow through the whole life span of projects ensuring that the highest quality standard are met.
    • Prepare final drawings including multiple views by studying engineering sketches, specification and supporting documents.
    • Able to modify and redraw drawings by studying changes in components, parts and identification.
    • Maintains technical knowledge and related information; backup of data.
    • Utilize drafting resource and new tools to be more efficient in providing end results.
    • Work and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure correct information and error free drawings.
    • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and the Management.

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Certificate in Architecture/ Engineering or equivalent
    • Revit MEP Knowledge
    • Possess own transport

     

    ENGINEER

    Job Description:

    • Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, time, manpower and materials requirements and organize work activities in a systematic and timely manner.
    • Ensure that the submission and approval of all project material purchase requisitions are done on time
    • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating work activities and resolving problems. This includes but not limited to planning, coordinating and monitoring subcontractor’s activities at project sites
    • Assist project manager in monitoring and preparing progress claims
    • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system
    • Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhere to and maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices
    • Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
    • Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications.
    • Liaise with government authorities on regulations issues and coordinate contingency planning
    • Attend to client / project enquiries and quotation requests
    • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and the Management

     

    TECHNICIAN

    Job Description:

    • To follow the monthly maintenance schedule to attend for the daily servicing and maintenance
    • To prepare a report of each servicing and maintenance carried out daily
    • To repair and replace parts of firefighting system if found faulty
    • To inform the main office to prepare necessary quotation on the customer’s requirement for additional work and replacement of spare parts
    • To ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly stored, cleaned and handled with care
    • To ensure maintenance works and working environment are compliant to standard HSE requirement
    • Must be fully responsible in minimizing the customer complaints by immediately attend to it

    • To perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by the management / superior
