Job Title: Sales Key Accounts Manager
Aenon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Key Accounts Manager to join
the dynamic team. This role is vital in managing and growing relationships with key clients,
driving revenue, and identifying opportunities for collaboration. If you have a background in
system integration or experience working with technology-driven solutions, Aenon encourages you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and
delivering tailored solutions. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to achieve
and exceed sales targets. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market
penetration. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and
operations, to deliver seamless solutions to clients. - Provide technical insights to clients, particularly those requiring system integration
solutions. - Monitor account performance, provide detailed sales forecasts, and share progress
reports with senior management. - Resolve client concerns effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including system integration technologies, and
leverage this knowledge to benefit clients. - Negotiate and finalize contracts to maximize profitability while meeting client
requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably with exposure to
system integration or technology solutions. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with system integration processes, RFID technology, or asset management
solutions is an added advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and in team settings.
