The Penang Future Foundation (PFF) is proud to highlight the successful completion of the PFF 2024 Selection Interview for the prestigious PFF Scholarship, held on the 23 and 24 September 2024. This year, the selection process attracted a remarkable pool of candidates from across Malaysia, each showcasing a strong commitment to making a lasting impact on their communities and contributing to the sustainable development of the state.

Founded with the mission of empowering Penang’s brightest minds, the Penang Future Foundation continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the state’s future by supporting deserving students pursuing higher education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), as well as accountancy and finance — fields critical to Penang’s growth. For PFF 2024, the Penang Future Foundation is particularly focusing on attracting candidates with a strong passion for STEM in alignment with the newly launched Penang STEM Talent Blueprint (8 September 2024), which aims to create a sustainable pipeline of highly skilled STEM professionals to support Penang’s industrial future.

The interview sessions were led by the Selection Committee members and partnered with invited industry experts as co-interviewers.
